All orders are personalised for customer requirements.

We aim to despatch all orders within 28 days of receipt (Except jewellery which is a 6 week manufacturing process from confirmed order)

Orders can only be returned in the event of an error and in such circumstances the arrangements will be agreed with the individual customer.
